I would die for a green monstah cruffin. I would also die for the sausage egg n cheese croissant.

I've gotta be honest with you. Sometimes Yelp makes no sense. Certain cafes that will remain unnamed (rhymes with and is not wholly unrelated to Horcrux) have the same rating as tiny, friendly local cafes with names like adorable superheroes. That calculus doesn't make any sense to me.
Also, honestly, I'm not super excited about giving a review here, one of the things I like about the place is it's not ridiculous packed (see: everything else with free internet on Mass ave). I'm wondering if the completely bonkers ratings this place gets is the reason it's so comfortable and nice to sit in.
Food is fine. Coffee is fine. Atmosphere is pretty nice and wicked spacious for the location. I really don't see a reason to go somewhere else if what you're looking for is a nice place to camp out and hack. Deserves a lot better rating than it has. -

I live across the street yet barely go here. I'm very glad that I stopped by to get breakfast the other day. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich with pineapple, ham, egg, and swiss cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, and it was about $6-7. The staff here is super friendly, and they even offered me a couple extra pineapple slices on the side. The sandwich was yummy, cheesy, and filling. It's a little expensive especially compared to Dunkin Donuts, which is usually where I get my breakfast sandwiches, but it is also better.

I've walked by here a thousand times and never went in until now. The atmosphere is hipster and non descript and was understandably pretty empty for a weekday morning. I tried the cafe au lait and a berry muffin, both of which were pretty average. This could be a good spot to get some work done and enjoy a cup of coffee.

This little coffee shop is right around the corner from me, and I've tried to love it, but it's lacking in some areas.
Last week I tried a breakfast sandwich because it sounded like a good combo... egg, Brie, sausage, and mango.
The English muffin the sandwich was made with wasn't toasted well, so it was all crumbly. The minute I bit into the sandwich, it began to fall apart. The egg was scrambled, thick, and in a square shape. It tasted a bit synthetic... not sure how to describe that. The texture and flavor of the egg was strange and unappetizing.
The Brie and mango were fine- but the sausage on the sandwich was two links cut in half and put on top. So, as I was eating, they were also falling out of the sandwich. The whole sandwich was just strange.
I tried a smoothie a few days ago and that was fine... portion was large and the fruit they used was fresh.
The shop itself is close to empty each time we have gone in, and looks slightly grungy. Not dirty... just appears as though it could use a coat of paint and some better decor.
If this place decided to give itself a small facelift and improve the food, it has so much potential!
